Return and Refund Policy

Replacement Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after three days have passed

2- The product must be in good condition to be replaced and the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse

3- If the customer damages the product's accessories or loses part of them.


Return Policy:

2- The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety

3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process, and in the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
